Finding a good workout Friend.

Working out with a good friend!
Wouldn’t it be great to have a friend  to encourage you when you didn’t feel like exercising ? Wouldn’t you like to have someone to keep you company while you work out and motivate you to be your best?  When you and a friend become workout buddies, exercise can be twice as fun and rewarding.
Patient information published in 2005 in the Journal of American Academy of Physician Assistants also recommends that people exercise with a partner or group because they “are more likely to stay on track.” The group encourages exercisers to involve family members, friends, and even pets, as “dogs need exercise too.
Having an objective third party there to give you a much-needed motivational boost may be just what you need to help keep you on track!
Let them in on your objectives. Tell them how you plan to follow a healthy-living principles of eating right & getting fit. Friends can give you words of encouragement &  motivate you-  And you’re there to motivate him or her too. That means if he or she feels like skipping your afternoon run, you can make sure you both get some exercise. You’re both more likely to stick with your fitness program when you’ve made a “time” to workout.  And you may find that by exercising with a Friend, you have the energy to do some Turbo Fire or even P90X,  even though you didn’t think you could drag yourself out of bed an hour earlier. You don’t  have to have the same fitness goals, you just need to make a commitment to exercising and to begin a healthy life.
You’ll push yourself harder because you have a Friend to challenge and encourage you to do your best. You can even connect with a long distance friend to motivate you.. some one who you can check in with and send your monthy goals and progress to.  Some one who will make you accountable is going to make a great Fitness buddie!
