Shakeology

I guess maybe I’m just not that much of a chocolate person, but I prefer the Greenberry! I like to freeze my bananas, pineapples, oranges and such… then I don’t have to add ice and it isn’t so watery. Yummy!

In February 2009, I became very ill. For the following year and a half, I hopped from doctor to doctor, hospital to hospital, and treatment to treatment trying to find out why I was so sick. The diagnosis was always changing- possible abuse of NSAIDS (ibuprofen), ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s, you name it. No doctor could say for sure. In mid-summer 2010, my illness began to fade, although not 100%, and I began experiencing DAILY migraines. MRIs and brain testing revealed nothing physically wrong in my brain, but the migraines persisted. I began drinking Shakeology one a day in late February 2011. Since then, I have had ZERO migraines and ZERO symptoms of my past illness. Shakeology has saved me from the misery I had been experiencing, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. This is something I’ll shout to the world.

These taste AMAZING! I prefer them blended with ice. Here is my FAVE recipe: Shakeology, ice, skim milk, peanut butter, banana, blueberries, cinnamon. Blend and enjoy! Super yummo!

I drink Shakeology every day, usually in place of lunch. It keeps me satisfied all the way to supper time. I like how it can be prepared numerous different ways. I like that it is nutritious. I like that it is delicious. I like that when I drink Shakeology, I know I have had a high quality meal.
