My husband uses P90X, and I wanted something effective and not so intense. These are great workouts, not demanding on time and with good results. No excuse for missing workout time, home or traveling. I was surprised at the difference after only 6 weeks. Wish those infomercials were not in between workouts, I like to keep going when I start.

Even my worst inner-laziness critic can not argue with “it is just 10 MINUTES!” At 52 years old, and fairly fit, I just could not get rid of those 5-10 lbs that have been hanging on. My usual routine that I always relied on to lose 5 lbs just did not work anymore. As a physical therapist, I have always been impressed with the P90X program, but I did not want to give up my usual exercise routine to dedicate that much time. When I saw the 10-minute Trainer, based on the same principles — I knew I could do that. Purchased 10-Min Trainer and added it to my usual routine every morning. Just 10 MINUTES! I did the 10 minute workout each morning and followed the wt loss plan and easily lost 5 lbs the first month; the 2nd month a few more pounds have followed. Even though I consider myself fit, these workouts are great!! In 10-min I feel like I get more of a workout than in my usual 60 minute routine. Talk about efficient & effective!! EVERYONE has 10 minutes. It is well worth the $$.

I have lost 3lbs. In 9days……I can’t wait til the end of the month and my next workout. My wife and I workout together, the first couple of workouts were 10mins. Then we started doing two 10 min. Workouts because we felt so good.

I have P90X, Brazillian Butt Lift, Turbo Charge and the 10-Min. Trainer DVDs. The variety ensures a great mix and prevents boredom. I was always very active, healthy and in great shape, but as the years roll by and the fact that my career keeps me in front of a computer for hours on end, it was not as easy to keep in top shape. My Home Beachbody “gym” keeps me in great shape. Swimsuit season? Bring it! I highly endorse the Beachbody series.
