Like a lot of women, I got pumped by a TV commercial about a “miracle product” and ordered right away. By the time my videos arrived I had resigned myself to the notion that this would *probably* end up like everything else, and fall short of its promises. I couldn’t have been more wrong!!!
I started the program and followed all the instructions. I ate all my meals and snacks, and by the end of the 6 weeks I had found that I was 2 sizes smaller, had loads of energy and looked forward to my workout every day. After the 6 weeks were up, I started taking 1 day per week off and mixing up the videos. I figured the results would fade or plateau. They did NOT! I kept on losing by using a combination of these videos each day, taking Sunday off.
I started the program at 265lbs and am now down to my ideal weight of 140lbs. I still do this work out at least 3 times per week, in combination with a balanced diet, because it gives me great energy and maintains the right weight for my body. The videos never get old, and even on days when I’m “just not in the mood” I find that about 5 to 10 minutes into it, I AM in the mood!
I couldn’t say enough good things about this product. It changed my life by losing weight, and changing my attitude about exercise.

It does work, but you do need to keep committed. Hits all areas of body, sweat and get energized. Don’t be afraid to move back a step if your body feels stress, you can always kick it back up again. You don’t want to hurt yourself or get discouraged.
Additional Programs: Tony ? — boxing, not for me.

I started using Slim in 6 about 4 weeks ago. I used the program as suggested – start it up for a week, day off, and then burn it up for the last 3 as I had a mini vacation and it screwed up my second week!!! I will start Burn it Up in a few days, but I couldn’t wait to share my experience!!!
Everyone around me is asking what I’ve been doing?? My arms are toned, my tummy is slimmer, my back and thighs are tighter. I love it!! I can’t wait to see what the results will be in a couple more weeks when I’m done!!!
I am already wearing shirts I have been avoiding as they were too tight before, and now?? They fit!!!! I haven’t taken measurements, but I can tell in they way my clothes fit, and comments from family and friends who truly didn’t know I was working out.
My diet has not changed, but I really didn’t have a problem with it to be honest. I’m just trying to tone up and lose about 5 pounds of belly, back, and thigh fat!!!! One of my friends already ordered this!!
